Karl-Heinz Küster
The EPOS founder is a doer by conviction. He founded his first personnel services company just two years after completing his studies. He successfully floated a second one on the stock market. And because it is entrepreneurial creativity that excites and drives him, he set about building a company again with EPOS. As managing partner, he is primarily concerned with corporate development, managing the branch network and expanding international business. Karl-Heinz Küster also seeks adventure outside the company: both under water and on skis.
Elke Lohrum
The managing partner of EPOS knows all facets of personnel services. After all, she has been in the business since 1979. She started as an external employee and made her way up to branch manager. With her characteristic consistency, she founded her own company early on, which she led into a merger at the height of its success. Following her urge for entrepreneurial freedom, Elke Lohrum soon tackled the organization of a new company: EPOS. Here she is responsible for strategic corporate and personnel development as well as marketing and sales. Born in Düsseldorf, she likes to take time out on the back of her horse.
Jochen Duda
"Jochen Duda holds the place together."That's what Karl-Heinz Küster and Elke Lohrum say about the Head of HR Germany, who also acts as Deputy Managing Director. The HR expert, who has sole power of attorney, has been with EPOS since 2008 and manages all personnel planning, recruitment, employee management and training. He draws on more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and services. Away from his desk, the Münsterland-born but Rhinelander-feeling man is particularly interested in cultivating friendships. He is also a keen winter sports enthusiast.
